2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
3. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7–10 business days.
4. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs
Bastet will cover return shipping costs only in the case of a size exchange or a manufacturing defect.
If the product matches the description but the customer wishes to return or exchange it for personal reasons, the customer will bear the full return shipping cost.
If a wrong or defective item is received, Bastet will cover all return and replacement shipping fees.
