Order Confirmation
- All orders are confirmed via WhatsApp before shipping.
- Once your order is confirmed, the BASTET team begins preparing it for dispatch.
- You will receive WhatsApp updates to keep you informed about your order status until it is handed over to the shipping company.

Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM are shipped on the same day, except on Fridays and official public holidays.
- Orders confirmed after 2:00 PM will be shipped on the next available business day.

Delivery Time
- Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days
- All other governorates: 2–5 business days

Inspection Before Acceptance
You may inspect your order before accepting it from the courier.
If you decide not to receive the order after inspection, only the shipping fees will apply.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated automatically during checkout and vary depending on your delivery location.

Failed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed, the shipping company will attempt to contact you and re-deliver your order up to two times.
If delivery cannot be completed after these attempts, the order will be cancelled.

If you need to update your delivery address or phone number after confirming your order, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible.
